Message to Governors General [Vincent Massey]

Text of motion: That this General Synod of The Anglican Church of Canada expresses to His Excellency the Right Hon. Vincent Massey, C.H., its deep appreciation of his great service to our country, especially during his term of office as Governor General, and prays that God may grant to His Excellency many more years of health and happiness.
