It was noted that Planning '79, General Synod and Mission and Ministry would involve all Bishops, ACNAC [Anglican Council of North America and the Caribbean], twelve from the National Executive Council, and Planning '79 the whole of the National Executive Council.

Text of motion

That we have the presentation of the Long Range Planning Committee and then the presentation of the Task Force on the House of Bishops re Mission and Ministry, before breaking into discussion groups. CARRIED
