- That the present policy of the provincial House of Bishops restricting marriages by Anglican clergy to be conducted in church buildings or chapels be continued with the proviso that the bishops have some discretion to approve marriages taking place outside a church building or chapel where there are specific pastoral needs (such as medical concerns) and where pastoral oversight is maintained. Further, that the present procedure of all such requests be maintained.
- It was noted that the national House of Bishops last discussed this subject in 1976.
