Motion on Legislation re Name of the Church

Text of motion: That this General Synod of the Church of England in Canada, directs its Executive Council to take such steps as may be necessary to amend the Acts of Incorporation of General Synod and of the Missionary Society of the Church of England in Canada, and other relative legislation, affecting the Church and General Synod, as may be necessary to give effect to the change of the Name of the Church from The Church of England in Canada to the Anglican Church of Canada.
