- Resolved, That this House concurs in Message No.17, referring the matter to a Joint Committee.

- That, the Lower House concurring, the Memorial of the Diocese of Ottawa concerning a Uniform Parish Register be referred to a Joint Committee with power to act, and that the words "And date of birth" be added to the Memorial after the words "Place where child was born."
