25. Report of the Committee on Ministry

Text of motion: That this National Executive Council amend Regulation I of Canon XII to include the following new sub-section 3:; 'A member not belonging to a member diocese, not retired and not on leave of absence from a diocese or organization who fails to continue to contribute to the Continuing Education Fund for a period of more than three years and whose total accumulation in the Fund is less than $144.00 shall be refunded the contributions he has made to his account with interest accrued thereon and the remainder shall revert to the capital of the Fund'. CARRIED
