Moved by Nock, seconded by Davis,
That the National Executive Council concur that General Synod meet from Tuesday evening, June 10 to noon Thursday, June 19, 1975 with 18 sessions being scheduled.
Concern was expressed about the proposed length of General Synod. It was pointed out that as this proposed agenda includes a cultural exchange this may qualify us for financial assistance from the Government.

Following further discussion the Mover and Seconder of the Amendment proposed:
That the National Executive Council request the Organization Committee to schedule General Synod to take up no more than five business days.
Prior to any further action it was agreed that the members of the Organization Committee present at NEC will work on this and bring in a resolution later in the meeting.
Later the following motion was presented.
