- (iv) Since it is not at present possible to send support to work in China, and since requests continue to come for help in Africa, we instruct the Executive Committee of M.S.C.C. to make a careful study of existing needs in Africa and opportunities for M.S.C.C. to open work there, and report to the Board of Management in 1953.
