Memorandum of Policy M.S.C.C.

Text of motion: That this General Synod reaffirm the two principles enunciated in Message U-50 of the General Synod of 1949, viz; (1) The voluntary sharing of the ordinands yearly on the ratio of about one to the missionary dioceses and two for the home base;; (2) A plan like the Fellowship of the West; ie, a priest loaned for a three year period;; and that the Primate, in consultation with the Chairman of the M.S.C.C. Executive, be asked to appoint a small committee to set this plan in motion, oversee its operation and decide priority of need. CARRIED in both Houses.
