Management Consultant's Report (Price Waterhouse & Co. Report; see page 370)

Prologue: Before dealing with the resolutions relating to the Price Waterhouse Report the Prolocutor gave a valuable explanation of the history and implications of the report.

Text of motion: That General Synod approve in principle, as a working document, sections II and III of the Price Waterhouse report, excluding Chart A.; Moved in amendment by the Bishop of Huron, seconded by Mr. W. St. Clair Low, That there be added to the above "and that we request the National Executive Council to complete the report of Price Waterhouse document by consultation with the Dioceses as to the services required and valued by the Church at large from the Church House Organization."; The amendment to the motion was CARRIED in both Houses. The motion, as amended, was then CARRIED in both Houses.
