Motion re Handbook

Text of motion: Be it resolved that the National Executive Council in producing and publishing the revised edition of the General Synod Handbook be authorized to make such changes in wording and punctuation as may be necessary or appropriate and to make such additions or deletions and re-wording as may be required to remove any duplication or redundancies and with a view to express the full intent and meaning in a clear and concise manner of the Declaration of Principles, Constitution and Canons and Rules of Order and to include such index and reference and explanatory material as it considers appropriate. CARRIED in both Houses.
