Memorandum of Policy M.S.C.C

Text of motion: That in order that we may discuss intelligently the needs of the Missionary Diocese at our next General Synod, be it RESOLVED - That the Board of Management of M.S.C.C., through its Executive Committee, be asked to prepare, in consultation with the Missionary Dioceses, a comprehensive report, with financial estimates, of the contemplated programme in such Dioceses; and that this report be made available to all Dioceses for consideration prior to the meeting of next General Synod; such report to indicate what financial responsibility each Missionary Diocese is prepared to accept towards its proposed programme, and what financial responsibility would be required from M.S.C.C. CARRIED in both Houses.
