The Primate reported that the Task Force named above (p.22) discussed procedures and recommended that more study and consultation should be undertaken to ensure that the survey would be adequate and its intent understood. It was further recommended that the Task Force be the Officers of the National Executive Council plus a bishop, priest and layman appointed by the Primate.

That this interim report be received. CARRIED

Notes

The financial implications related to the circularization were discussed and it was recognized that this would be dealt with responsibly by the Task Force.
