35. Conference of Commonwealth Prime Ministers

Text of motion: That the National Executive Council request the Primate to express to the Prime Minister our support in any effort to exclude President Amin of Uganda from the Conference of Commonwealth Prime Ministers, and in the event that President Amin attends that Conference we urge our Prime Minister to make known to President Amin the feelings of Canadian people about recent atrocities in Uganda and specifically the murder of Archbishop Janani Luwum and two Cabinet Ministers. CARRIED
