Prologue

It was noted that in Section 33.3 - Bioethics, the name of Dr. Slater should read Dr. Salter. It was further noted that Dr. Michael Thain was nominated to attend the Conference, however, this nomination was not received at the time of the meeting of the National Executive Council.

It was further noted that there was a typing error on Page 27 of the Minutes in the last line of the "suggestion" under the heading "Organization Committee"; the word "be" should read "by."
