Motions

Prologue: That it be a standard of the National Executive Council that all reports to be considered at any of its meetings be circulated, in writing, to all members thirty days prior to the meeting, and that no other reports be considered, except by a special resolution of the Council.; That in order to increase the depth of consideration given to reports submitted to the National Executive Council, groups reporting regularly to the National Executive Council be required to do so annually, except that any group requiring a Council decision may seek such a decision at any National Executive Council meeting.

Text of motion: That these motions be referred to the Organization Committee and report back to the National Executive Council. CARRIED
