- Fonds consists of an unpublished biography by Mary Gibbon on the life of the Rev. Canon John Samuel (1888-1959). Canon Samuel was a Welsh born priest and musician who came to Canada to serve in the Diocese of Niagara. He was rector of St. Stephen's-on-the-Mount in Hamilton, Ontario for most of his clerical career.
