Notes: "The Rev. Jacob Worley, who was elected bishop of the diocese of Caledonia but not consecrated, and was subsequently fired from his position as rector, has been hired to serve a church of the breakaway Anglican Church in North America (ACNA). In a news release dated July 23 [2018], the Episcopal diocese of Fort Worth, an ACNA diocese that shares the same name as a diocese in The Episcopal Church (TEC), stated that Worley had been chosen as rector of St. Andrew's Church, Fort Worth, Texas, to begin September 2 [2018]". "Worley was terminated from his position as rector of Bulkley Valley Regional Parish in the diocese of Caledonia in November 2017".
