Letter to the editor: Poor choice

Notes: "As a resident of Toronto who has been affronted by the unsavoury image of our badly behaved mayor [Rob Ford] on the front page of newspapers for many months now, I was shocked and disappointed to see yet another man of his ilk, Don Cherry, on the front page of the December 2013 issue of the 'Anglican Journal' ['The irreverent, reverent Don Cherry']. It is hard to justify the use of the term 'reverent' in connection with Mr. Cherry, no matter how much of the 'Book of Common Prayer' he can recite. How can anyone claim to be a Christian while regularly grossly offending multiple groups of people based on their race, gender and life-style ?"
