- "It was nice to see the story of the Dillon brothers [Ministry Report, 'Seven brothers captured in time', May 2013, p. 2] in the 'Anglican Journal' and that they spoke positively of their stay at Stringer Hall. I'm sure there are many more stories like that. I think good news does make a story and there are many wonderful stories about the Indian residential schools if someone was willing to publish them. It is unfortunate that our church has to pay for research when it has spent millions over the last 100 years in caring for the children, and then paying some of the compensation. The TRC [Truth and Reconciliation Commission] was give $60 million to do their research, so they really shouldn't be asking the church to pay any more". [Text of entire article.]
