- "Two world wide conferences of interest to Christians, one of them more particularly to Anglicans, were held during August of this year. We give here the `Messages' of the Pan Anglican Congress held at Minneapolis, Minnesota, and of the Second Assembly of the World Council of Churches held at Evanston, Illinois. EVANSTON: ... This is the second Bulletin to reproduce parts of the Findings of the Second Assembly ... Herein we give two Reports specially relevant to the Council's work -- on Social Questions and on Group Relations. They are thus published in the hope that they will form the basis for study group work in the parishes". -- Foreword, p. [1].
