- Patricia Appavoo, a librarian, from the Diocese of Cariboo, is serving as a Volunteers in Mission at the College Theologique St. Paul in Ambatoharanana, Madagascar. In this letter she describes how she is often alone, especially on weekends, and how she fills her time. Since becoming a Volunteer in Mission she has become a dedicated journal and letter writer.
