- Notes
- Author suggests that "Our churches are stalled because we insist on offering technological or sociological solutions to spiritual problems". He discusses the suggestion put forward by Mardi Tindal, that churches, like individuals, could benefit from the occasional sabbatical or Jubilee year when they let programs lapse in order to have "a time of regeneration, of renewal, of revival. It would be a time of listening to the Spirit with no agenda."
