The Missionary Society – Canada Not-for-profit Corporations Act - General Synod Archives

Text of motion: That the Council of General Synod recommend that if the revised Canon VII is adopted the members of the General Synod should then convene as a meeting of the members of the Missionary Society to adopt a resolution to authorize the Board of Directors, at such time as the Board considers appropriate, to apply for continuance of the Missionary Society as a corporation under the Canada Not-for-profit Corporations Act.
