Letting Down the Nets (LDTN)

Prologue: That the motion (Document #007-12-06-05, For Action Item 1) be lifted from the table. CARRIED

Text of motion: The resolution reads:; That the Members of the Council of General Synod; 1) Communicate to their Bishops and Diocesan Councils the urgency of acquiring financial support of LDTN to enable its continuance as envisioned by General Synod 2004, and; 2) Encourage their Diocesan Leaders to respond positively to overtures that will be made in the near future by members of the Financial Development Sub-Committee related to seeking the required funds.; The motion was voted on and was CARRIED #33-05-06
