Prologue: Spring 2004 In Camera Minutes:; Bishop Bedford-Jones noted that on page 2 of the April 17, 2004 In Camera Minutes, Bishop Spence's name had been omitted in the section entitled "First ballot" listing the bishops who had been nominated for consideration as primatial candidates.; Spring 2004 General Minutes:; Archbishop Stavert noted on page 16 of the General Minutes of the April 15 - 19, 2004 meeting, under "Members' Concerns", and then "Diocese of Huron - Sesquicentennial Celebration" that the diocese's anniversary had been incorrectly recorded in the second paragraph as the "250th" anniversary rather than "150th" anniversary.

Text of motion: "That the General Minutes and the In Camera Minutes, of the Spring 2004 meeting of the House of Bishops and the In Camera Minutes, of May 31, 2004 be adopted with the noted changes." CARRIED Res. HB-04-10-01
