- The Archbishop of Algoma presented a report quoting a letter from Doctor R.F. Farquharson, Professor Emeritus, Department of Medicine of the University of Toronto written on the subject of stillborn babes[i.e. babies] to the Archbishop.

- "That this House, having received the report of the Archbishop of Algoma, goes on record as recommmending that if the duration of pregnancy has been twenty weeks or longer, the body of a stillborn child should be buried with reverence and suitable prayers."
