- That the Council of the General Synod request the Planning and Agenda Team to design the agenda for the November 1999 meeting in order to permit:
- 1. reflection on the Human Rights' discussion and decision at General Synod in 1998
- 2. identification of the issues which surfaced; and
- 3. development of a proposal for next steps.
