Lubicon Lake Band

Text of motion: That this National Executive Council:; a) rejoices at the agreement reached between the Lubicon Band and the Province of Alberta;; b) supports the action of the Lubicon Lake Band which led to the agreement;; c) urges the Federal Government to negotiate a mutually acceptable framework for a just settlement of Lubicon Band rights;; d) gives full support to those Anglicans who have chosen to witness in solidarity with the Lubicon Lake Band.
