Prologue: Corrections to Minutes:; 1. Page 14 - Report of the Canadian Churchman; paragraph 3, line 1: "Notice of Motion" should read "Memorial".; 2. Page 15 - MOTION #19-11-88; Section b) is reworded as follows:; That the National Executive Council approve the sum of AIM overseas funding in 1990 and the 1990 Apportionment Budget figure for overseas work as the base figure upon which future budgets for overseas work will be built.; 3. Page 21; - this page was corrected and mailed as page 21 (Revised) to all NEC members prior to the meeting.; 4. Page 23 - Pension Committee; Please delete the wording "Bishop Arthur Brown spoke to the written report", and add the following two paragraphs:; Bishop Arthur Brown reported that the proposed income tax legislation relating to the Registered Pension Plans and Registered Retirement Savings Plans had been modified and that a bulletin had been sent to all plan members informing them of changes.; Effective January 1, 1989, the Diocese of Niagara will participate in the General Synod Pension Plan.; Moved by: Most Rev. D.W. Hambidge; Seconded by: Ven. D.J. Woeller; That the minutes, as amended, be approved.; The Reverend Clarke Raymond drew attention to a motion which had been omitted from the Program Committee Report, re Guidelines for Sharing from the World Council of Churches.

Text of motion: That the motion to approve the Minutes of the November 1988 meeting of the National Executive Council be tabled so that records can be checked. CARRIED #01-03-89
