Prologue: Corrections to minutes of November 11-12, 1965:; On Page 2, para.6, "Very Rev. J. Bothwell" should read, "Very Rev. W. Bothwell."; On Page 5, Item 3, "Pending Staff Appointments," first two paragraphs should read:; "Pending Staff Appointments (See Sept. 2 minutes, p.3) The Venerable T.P. Crosthwait reported that the following Committee (the Primate, the Prolocutor, the Deputy Prolocutor, The Ven. T.P. Crosthwait and the General Secretary) appointed to review the membership of the Church House Survey Committee and also to deal with any pending appointment, reported that the following appointments were approved:"; On Page 8, Item 6, "Venerable J.M. Forth" should read "Venerable J.W. Forth."
