Prologue

Future meetings of the National Executive Council and of the Boards were then considered.

As the Council is to meet a minimum of three times a year, possible dates were discussed.

Text of motion

That, in view of the newness of this organization and the whole new structure, for this year a meeting be held in November. CARRIED

Notes

It was suggested that the meeting be held on Thursday and Friday, November 11 and 12 [1965].
