National Executive Council Agenda

Prologue: On dissatisfaction concerning the agenda being expressed, it was moved [and seconded].

Text of motion: That we request the Agenda Committee to look again at the preparation of the Agenda of the National Executive Council in order that:; 1. items of special importance be placed early on the Agenda;; 2. care should be taken that matters for the Agenda be in the hands of the Secretary before the meeting and no further items be allowed without special resolution from the National Executive Council;; 3. efforts be made to keep off the Agenda matters not really necessary for National Executive Council to deal with. CARRIED
