That these two resolutions be sent to all dioceses after approval by the national Executive Council, to enable diocesan financial and executive committees to discuss their implications for the dioceses, and so that dioceses may instruct their members of General Synod about them.

Text of motion

That the words "and so that dioceses may instruct their members of General Synod about them" at the end of the motion be replaced with "with a request that a report be sent to the Administration & Finance Committee prior to March 1992 so that further refinement may be considered by NEC". CARRIED #29-11-90

Notes

The amended motion was put as follows:
