National Executive Council Agenda Committee

Prologue: A request had been received for Canon L.S. Garnsworthy, Chairman of the Committee on Program, Planning and Research, to be present during the report of that committee.

Text of motion: That during the presentation of this report, Canon Garnsworthy be invited to be present. CARRIED

Notes: It was then moved by the Rt. Rev. H.R. Hunt, seconded by the Very Rev. W. Sewell,; "That for this meeting the report of the Program, Planning and Research Committee be received and considered at 10:00am on Friday morning; AND that the Agenda Committee be asked to consider giving the report of this particular Committee a preferred position in future meetings of the National Executive Council."; Due to the difficulty this might cause in relation to other items of business to be considered by the National Executive Council, it was moved by the Bishop of Ottawa, seconded by Chancellor R.H. Soward,; That the second part of the resolution be deleted. CARRIED; The motion, as amended, was then CARRIED.
