1969 Budget

Prologue: Mr. W.R. Kay, in presenting the 1969 National and World Outreach Budget Estimates with supporting information, described it as a working document which was presented for study, anticipating that a revised budget will be presented to the May 1968 meeting of the Council for approval. He then presented the following recommendations:; (a) That the principle be accepted of using a portion of the balance of the AWM Fund at December 31, 1968 for the 1969 overseas budget requirements.
