Brandrick, That this Synod requests the Primate to appoint a task force consisting of one Eskimo, one Indian and one white person to represent the Church in communicating with Federal and other governmental authorities on matters of urgent concern to the Indian and Eskimo peoples in consultation with the National Executive Council.]
