- It was noted that the Long Range Planning and Program Committees are scheduled to meet after the February 1973 meeting of the NEC, and it would not be possible for them to respond to the requests made at this meeting prior to General Synod in May 1973.
- Text of motion
- That the National Executive Council give permission to the Program Committee and to the Long Range Planning Committee to report directly to General Synod the items that they cannot clear through the National Executive Council. CARRIED
