- In presenting the second part of the Committee's report, Mr. Barrett stressed the importance of continuity of membership on all Committees and drew attention to the suggestions of the Long Range Planning Committee for changes in the election and appointment of members.

- That the NEC adopt the recommendations dealing with Guidelines, Continuity and Open Meetings contained on p.1 of the Long Range Planning Committee's report. CARRIED
