- That this NEC adjourn and constitute itself as the Board of Management of MSCC. CARRIED
- Chancellor Soward presented the following resolution of the Executive Committee of the Missionary Society of the Anglican Church of Canada:
- Whereas The Missionary Society of the Anglican Church of Canada is entitled to be the registered owner of the southwest quarter of Section Twenty, in Township Fourteen and Range Seventeen, West of the Principal Meridian in Manitoba by virtue of a bequest in the last Will and Testament of Charles William Fisher and proceedings are now being taken to have the property placed in the name of The Missionary Society of the Anglican Church of Canada.
- And Whereas The Missionary Society of the Anglican Church of Canada has received an offer to purchase the said property at and for the sum of Thirty-five Hundread ($3500) Dollars from the Wildlife Foundation of Manitoba and have agreed to sell the same to the Wildlife Foundation of Manitoba.
- Now Therefore be and it is hereby resolved as follows:
- 1. That the Missionary Society of the Anglican Church of Canada do sell to the Wildlife Foundation of Manitoba at and for the sum of Thirty-five Hundred ($3500) Dollars the following property namely:
- The South-West quarter of Section Twenty, in Township Fourteen and Range Seventeen, West of the Principal Meridian in Manitoba.
- 2. That the Secretary and Treasurer or any two officers of The Missionary Society of the Anglican Church of Canada be and they are hereby authorized to executre on behalf of The Missionary Society of the Anglican Church of Canada all such documents as may be necessary to complete the above mentioned sale.

- That the Board of Management of MSCC authorize the sale of this property as outlined in the Report. CARRIED

- It was then reported that a new legacy of between $30,000-35,000 is to come to the MSCC almost immediately for needy clergy.

- That we adjourn as the Board of Management of MSCC and reconvene as the NEC. CARRIED
