- a) Diocese of Calgary, January 31, 1974 - officially inviting General Synod, 1977 to meet in the City of Calgary. (To be dealt with in the Report of the Committee on Organization).
- b) Secretary of the Doctrine and Worship Committee, December 28, 1973 - re: proposed changes, Terms of Reference, Doctrine and Worship Committee. The General Secretary reported that this was put before the Committee on Organization, and has been referred to the Task Force on the Handbook.
- c) Miss Betty Graham - Summary of highlights - Anglican Information No. 6, Anglican Consultative Council. (Circulated, for information.)
- d) The Right Rev. H.V.R. Short - Expressing appreciation, on behalf of the clergy of the Diocese of Saskatchewan for stipend augmentation received in 1973.
- e) The Venerable L. Hatfield - Letter of appreciation.
- f) Colonel D. Mitchell - Letter of appreciation.
- g) The Diocesan Synod Secretary of the Diocese of Accra, Ghana, December 10, 1973 - Expressing appreciation, on behalf of the Diocese of Accra for assistance received from the Anglican Church of Canada. The General Secretary referred the members to a collation of similar expressions referred to the National Executive Council by the Reverend T. Anthony, and circulated for information.
