- Congratulations were extended to Lois Robin and all those who were instrumental in arranging this Planning event. The four people who assisted primarily on the Planning Design and Steering Committee were Rev. J. McCullum, Miss B. Morris, Rev. J. Boyles and Rev. T. Anthony.
- It was noted that the fact that the Overseas people had visited a number of Dioceses prior to the National Executive Council Planning meeting added significantly to the consultation.
- It was AGREED that letters be sent to all Ecumenical participants thanking them for their attendance and excellent contribution.
- Gratitude was also extended to the Observers: Rev. David Chaplin, Anglican Consultative Council, London; Rt. Rev. John Howe, Anglican Consultative Council, London; Rev. D. Griswold, Department of National and World Mission, Protestant Episcopal Church, USA.

- That correspondence go to the Executives of the Canadian Dioceses so that they can be informed of this event as well as to the Bishops so that there can be appropriate follow-up. CARRIED

- It was hoped that the dioceses will develop a reporting back facility indicating their response to and reaction of the report.
