- That the Program Directions for 1976-1979 be approved, and that the recommendations attached be referred to the appropriate committees for progress report in February, 1975. CARRIED

- The Request was made that it be emphasized that Dioceses pick up these recommendations and that they be acted upon.
- The Primate thanked those who worked on the report so that it could be ready for presentation at this time.
