Prologue: Moved by: The Venerable A.J. Anderson; Seconded by: Very Reverend R.G. Fleming; "That we address General Synod recommending that Missionary Bishops and other missionary personnel be given more opportunity to present their special work, in person, to the whole Canadian Church, and more opportunity to make personal contact with supporting Dioceses."; This section is to go to the Program Committee for action.; "We further commend that where a diocese or parish wishes to contribute assistance to a missionary diocese or parish, over and above the normal contribution to General Synod apportionment, that such financial assistance should not be deducted from the grant the assisted missionary diocese or parish receives from General Synod."; This section is to go to the Administration and Finance Committee.

Text of motion: That the word, `normal' be changed to `budgeted'. CARRIED IN BOTH HOUSES
