- That the Twenty-first Session of the General Synod of The Anglican Church of Canada send to the Most Reverend Lakdasa Jacob de Mel on the occasion of his enthronement as Bishop of Calcutta and Metropolitan of the Church of India, Pakistan, Burma and Ceylon their affectionate greetings and an assurance of their good wishes and prayers as he assumes his high office. RESOLVED by both Houses.
