- Whereas there is a strong desire for a more efficient use of our time in Synod than is possible when we are delayed by such practices as extensive commentary on already printed reports (which commentary prevents adequate time for debate); Be It Resolved that this Synod request the Committee on Organization, in cooperation with the Agenda Committee, to work to the reformation of the procedures of Synod. CARRIED in both Houses.
