Memorial from Rupert's Land

Text of motion: That the Memorial from the Province of Rupert's Land, viz.: "That this Provincial Synod petition General Synod to consider the powers and authority of the various Boards, subsidiary Committees and Officials operating under General Synod, to promulgate rules, with a view to preventing embarrassing actions being taken or indiscretions being committed by them in the name of the Church," be referred to the National Executive Council for consideration. CARRIED in both Houses.
