- That this National Executive Council respectfully request the Primate to convey to the Most Reverend Cuthbert Woodroffe, Archbishop of the Province of the West Indies our congratulations and felicitations upon his election to the chief position of leadership in his Province; and further that he be assured of our hope for growing fellowship with the Province over which he presides; and of our prayers as he assumes his heavy duties.
