Motions Re Expenditures

Text of motion: (1) That before each Session of General Synod, the Primate and the Prolocutor in consultation with the Chairman of the Administration and Finance Committee appoint a Sessional Committee to be responsible for implementing Rule of order 21 with respect to spending motions for which sources of funds have not been identified prior to the Synod Session.; (2) That before each Session of General Synod, a report be provided to the Synod, by or through the Administration and Finance Committee, as to whether the money proposed to be spent as a result of motions to be brought before the Synod is available or, if not, what steps should be taken to provide such money should such motions be adopted.; CARRIED Act 16
