Text of motion: Moved by the General Secretary, seconded by Chancellor Soward, and resolved:; That in order to expedite the Synod business, we dispense with the reading of the Minutes, and request the Prolocutor to appoint a committee to approve the Minutes of all sessions.; The Prolocutor appointed the following committee: Chancellor Soward, the Hon. Clerical Secretary, the Registrar, the General Secretary, and the Prolocutor. (See pp. 37, 95.); Message L-21
