- Moved by the General Secretary, seconded by Chancellor Soward, and resolved:
- That in order to expedite the Synod business, we dispense with the reading of the Minutes, and request the Prolocutor to appoint a committee to approve the Minutes of all sessions.
- The Prolocutor appointed the following committee: Chancellor Soward, the Hon. Clerical Secretary, the Registrar, the General Secretary, and the Prolocutor. (See pp. 37, 95.)

- Moved by Chancellor Harris, seconded by the Deputy Prolocutor, and resolved: That the Lower House concurs.

- That in order to expedite the Synod business as we dispense with the reading of the Minutes and request the Prolocutor to appoint a Committee to approve the Minutes of both of the Lower House and of Joint Sessions. (For names of Committee see p. 19.)
